During the Women's Day recognition segment, more than 180 female employees received custom floral gift boxes and beauty care sets. Screens across the venue displayed video montages of them inspecting lenses in labs and performing precision checks on the production line. Three outstanding women shared their journeys—from new hires to technical leads of automotive lens projects—highlighting how Gaojia's nurturing environment empowers growth for all.“At Gaojia, gender has never been a barrier to career development,” said Ms. Li, R&D Manager. “Thanks to the company’s overseas training and promotion opportunities, I advanced from engineer to manager.”

As the Nghe An facility approached a critical production ramp-up, over 80 seasoned technicians from Vinh Phuc formed a dedicated “mentor team.” Through hands-on, one-on-one training and technical problem-solving squads, they guided over 300 new hires in mastering core processes like aspheric lens grinding and lens structure assembly.
