Gaojia Optics masters prism processing with expert teams trained by Fujinon and Konica Minolta. Capable of mass-producing 8 prism types with a 3M monthly capacity target, we use 3D precision control to limit right-angled prism deviation to ≤15″ and achieve Ra＜0.5nm surface roughness.
Focusing on infrared glass turning and prism processing, Gaojia Optics Vietnam, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Gaojia Optoelectronics, aims to produce 840,000 chalcogenide infrared lenses and 300,000 infrared lenses annually.
Leveraging Jiangxi HQ’s expertise, Gaojia Optics launches a ¥140M+ strategic investment in Vietnam for aspherical molding by 2026. Phased smart manufacturing bases will introduce 30 intelligent molding presses, Japanese ultra-precision equipment, and German inspection systems, targeting <λ/20 surface accuracy.
Gaojia Optical Vietnam is equipped with 10 high-end coating machines from Japan’s Optorun, including OTFC and OTFG models. By integrating planetary rotation systems and high-energy ion sources, the company significantly enhances both coating uniformity and adhesion.
Gaojia Optical Vietnam has introduced ultra-precision centering equipment from Japan’s TANI Optics, achieving groundbreaking centering accuracy of 5μm and decentration control below 30″—far surpassing U.S. military standards. In mass production of Φ10mm lenses, decentration standard deviation is kept ≤20″ with ±0.5μm repeatability.

In November 2023, GJGOT signed a deal for a 66-mu site in Nghệ An’s Weihua Industrial Park, Vietnam, to build a state-of-the-art optical manufacturing base. With plans to ramp up production capacity—2M large-diameter lenses (Ø25-Ø80mm) and 15M small/medium-diameter lenses (Ø2-Ø25mm) per month—and maintain precision standards (≤λ/4 for large lenses, ±5μm tolerance for small/medium ones), GJGOT aims to reshape the global optical supply chain.
