With plans to ramp up production capacity—2M large-diameter lenses (Ø25-Ø80mm) and 15M small/medium-diameter lenses (Ø2-Ø25mm) per month—and maintain precision standards (≤λ/4 for large lenses, ±5μm tolerance for small/medium ones), GJGOT aims to reshape the global optical supply chain. Backed by ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, the new base accelerates GJGOT’s journey to becoming a top global optoelectronic manufacturing platform.

The new base focuses on automation and precision:
Large-Diameter Lenses (Ø25-Ø80mm): Leveraging high-precision CNC grinding, achieving ≤λ/4 surface accuracy (@632.8nm) with a target monthly output of 2 million units for high-end optical systems and industrial lasers.
Small/Medium-Diameter Lenses (Ø2-Ø25mm): Using fully automated high-speed cold processing lines to ensure ±5μm dimensional tolerance, aiming for 15 million units monthly to serve consumer electronics, automotive, and medical optics.
